Senior Fell League

Club members competing in the senior fell league may complete in any number of the 16 races listed in the Races table below.

A minimum of 4 races must be completed to qualify for a prize. Only your best 6 races will count.

• 1st place scores 6 points
• 2nd place scores 5 points
• 3rd palce scroes 4 points
• 4th place scores 3 points
• 5th palce scores 2 point
• 6th place scores 1 point

First three male runners.

First three female runners.

Category A
Should average not less than 50 metres climb per kilometre.
Should not have more than 20% of the race distance on the road

Category B
Should average not less than 25 metres climb per kilometre
Should not have more than 30% of the race distance on the road

Category C
Should average not less than 20 metres climb per kilometre
Should not have more than 40% of the race distance on the road
